At Pixel Cache Games, we’re always looking to expand our inventory with retro games, consoles, and accessories. If you’re interested in selling or trading your collection, please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and fair process.

How to Get a Quote

Due to the wide variety and condition of retro items, we ask sellers to submit details about their collection using our trade-in form. Please include:

• Item titles and platforms
• Condition notes (e.g., scratches, missing manuals)

Valuation Process

We evaluate each trade-in based on current market demand, item condition, and collector interest. Our goal is to offer competitive quotes that reflect real-world resale potential while keeping prices accessible for the gaming community.

Every quote is tailored to your submission—no automated pricing, no guesswork.

Condition Requirements

All items must be functional and in acceptable condition. We may reduce offers or decline items with:

• Heavy disc scratching
• Damaged or missing packaging
• Non-working hardware

Shipping & Review

After accepting your quote, you may ship your items to us (shipping is at the seller’s expense). Upon arrival, we’ll verify that everything matches the original description. If discrepancies are found, we may adjust the offer accordingly.

Once your trade-in is verified, we’ll issue payment via your preferred method:
